About the positionWe are now looking for a System Safety Engineer for our client in Huskvarna who wants to work on the development of advanced technical products. You will play an important role in ensuring that the products meet the required safety and user protection standards, from the early concept phase to final delivery.
System safety involves identifying, analyzing, and reducing risks so that technical systems do not cause unacceptable harm to people, the environment, or property. In this role, you will be involved throughout the entire development process where you interpret requirements, identify potential risks, translate them into clear safety requirements, and follow up to ensure that the right measures are implemented and verified. You will be involved in both customer-specific projects and in-house development projects, often several in parallel, giving you a broad insight into various products and technical solutions. Safety work is a prerequisite for the products to be delivered, making this role central to the entire development process. The role also includes reviewing and verifying manuals as well as producing safety statements.
You will be part of a dedicated and helpful team with diverse experience, where collaboration and knowledge sharing are a natural part of everyday life. Your qualificationsBachelor's or master's degree in fields such as mechanical engineering, product development, industrial economics, logistics, and management, or equivalent
At least one year of relevant work experience, such as in risk analysis or quality assurance
Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Experience with structured risk analyses such as FMEA and quality assurance of technical products is advantageous.
As a person, you are analytical and enjoy delving into technical issues. You manage multiple parallel tasks and are comfortable prioritizing during peak workloads. Curiosity, communication skills, and a genuine interest in technology are important traits, as well as the willingness to collaborate across various areas of expertise.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to applicable security protection regulations. This position requires Swedish citizenship.
